Who is Heart & Harmony?
I’m Amanda Kirkpatrick, founder of Heart & Harmony CIC — a space where creativity, connection, and healing come together to support personal and community well-being. With a background in event management, music, community arts, and holistic health, I’ve spent over 15 years working across Northern Ireland to create inclusive, empowering experiences for others.
I’m a qualified Community Health Trainer, Nature Connection Specialist, and Sound Healing Facilitator, with specialist training in trauma-informed practice and creative well-being. I deliver workshops, retreats, and programmes that help people reconnect with themselves through art, nature, and gentle, person-centred support.
My approach is rooted in compassion, playfulness, and a deep belief in the healing power of creativity. Whether I’m facilitating a drumming circle, guiding a nature-based retreat, or offering a one-to-one wellness session, I create safe, nurturing spaces where people feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow.
I am a passionate and experienced creative health facilitator with a deep commitment to supporting wellbeing through music, art, nature, and therapeutic sound practices. Through my social enterprise, Heart & Harmony CIC, I deliver inclusive, trauma-informed workshops that foster emotional wellbeing, connection, and creative self-expression. I have worked extensively with older adults across community, health, and arts settings, using group singing and creative activities to support joy, memory, and mental health.
