About Heart & Harmony
Heart & Harmony CIC is a visionary social enterprise based in Newry, Mourne and Down, Northern Ireland. Our mission is to create safe, inclusive spaces for self-expression, healing, and reconnection through arts-based, nature-connected, and holistic well-being programmes. We support those facing emotional hardship, isolation, or limited access to mental health services through workshops, programmes, and retreats, offered for both individuals and groups. Our vision is to inspire personal growth, resilience, and community connection through accessible, trauma-informed approaches that nurture joyful, peaceful, and fulfilled lives.

Retreats
